Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of breeze.io and the Breeze services (the "Services"), operated by Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd., A-103, iThum, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("Breeze", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Breeze provides reputation management software and related pilot services for restaurant organizations. The Services may include guest feedback collection, issue follow-up, review management, location performance, and integrations with third-party platforms.

2. No guarantee of results

We help teams operate reputation workflows, but we do not control guests, Google, aggregators, or other third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific review volumes, ratings, rankings, traffic, bookings, or revenue.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Services only for lawful business purposes. If we provide an account, you are responsible for the information you submit and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services, or submit information about a business you are not authorized to represent.

5. Fees

Pilot scope, fees, billing terms, and applicable taxes are set out in the order, proposal, or other written agreement you accept. Public pricing, where offered, does not override an executed agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, content, and brand, are owned by Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide, and grant us a license to use them to deliver the Services.

7. Third-party services

The Services reference and may integrate with third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile and review sources. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. A platform may change or withdraw its APIs or features.

8. Connected accounts and authorization

You may connect only profiles and locations that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize Breeze to access connected-platform information solely to provide the features you enable. Breeze will not publish a review reply or edit business information without the specific approval or authorized workflow of your organization. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of instructions and content submitted through the Services.

You can disconnect a connected account at any time. We will remove our access and process deletion requests as described in our Data deletion and disconnection page.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Breeze against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections in your location.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will revise the "last updated" date above.
