Breeze ("Breeze", "we", "us") is a product operated by Zeno Ventures LLC, a company registered in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use breeze.io and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

Some processing is carried out on our behalf by our service provider Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (India), which acts as a data processor under our instructions.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us, for example when you request a pilot, contact us, or use Breeze: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, role, organization, and restaurant locations.
- Information processed through the service: guest feedback, internal follow-up records, public reviews, responses, and business information for locations you are authorized to manage.
- Connected-platform information: when you authorize an integration, we may receive account identifiers, locations, reviews, replies, profile information, and performance information made available by that platform.
- Automatically collected information: device, browser, IP-derived country, pages requested, and similar security and operational data. We do not currently run advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies on this website (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use information
- To provide guest feedback, review management, location performance, and related pilot services you request.
- To contact you about your pilot, account, support requests, and service updates.
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable (e.g. GDPR), we rely on: your consent; performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving Breeze; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers and processors who help us run Breeze (including Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd., hosting, email, and analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms; and where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States and use processors in the United States and India. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection (e.g. contractual safeguards).
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Pilot and service records are retained to provide, secure, and improve Breeze unless a different period is required by law or agreed with your organization.
8. Google user data
If you connect Google Business Profile, Breeze uses OAuth 2.0 and requests the business.manage scope so that authorized users can connect the locations they manage. In the current release, Breeze uses this authorization only for account and location discovery. Public-review observation and reply drafting are separately sourced.
- We use connected Google data only for the prominent, user-facing account and location features described on the integration page.
- We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train a generalized AI model.
- Breeze does not publish a Google review reply or change profile information in the current release. Future write features will require Google approval and a separate, specific customer action.
- Google API content is stored only in limited amounts, securely and for no longer than permitted by the applicable Google Business Profile API policies.
- You can disconnect Google from Breeze and request deletion at any time. See Data deletion and disconnection.
Breeze's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the applicable Google Business Profile API policies.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
