Breeze ("Breeze", "we", "us") is a product operated by Zeno Ventures LLC, a company registered in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use breeze.io and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Some processing is carried out on our behalf by our service provider Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (India), which acts as a data processor under our instructions.

- Information you give us, e.g. when you run a Pulse audit or contact us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and your restaurant's website, Google Maps, social, or listing URLs.
- Information about the business you submit: publicly available information about the restaurant you ask us to analyze (menu, hours, reviews, listings, photos).
- Automatically collected information: device, browser, IP-derived approximate location, pages visited, and similar usage data, via cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use information
- To provide the Pulse audit and managed visibility services you request.
- To contact you about your audit, your account, and service updates.
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable (e.g. GDPR), we rely on: your consent; performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving Breeze; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers and processors who help us run Breeze (including Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd., hosting, email, and analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms; and where required by law or to protect our rights.

We are based in the United States and use processors in the United States and India. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection (e.g. contractual safeguards).

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Audit submissions are retained to provide and improve the service unless you ask us to delete them.

Breeze is a business service not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
