Data deletion and disconnection
You control the accounts and data you connect to Breeze. This page explains how to revoke access, request deletion, and what happens next.
Disconnect Google Business Profile immediately
- Open your Google Account third-party connections.
- Select Breeze.
- Choose the option to remove Breeze's access.
Revoking access stops Breeze from making new Google Business Profile API requests with that authorization. It does not by itself delete information already held in your Breeze workspace.
Request deletion from Breeze
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Breeze account. Include the organization name and the connected account or locations.
Response time: we will acknowledge the request and may verify your authority. We will disassociate connected Business Profiles and remove our permissions promptly, and no later than seven business days after a valid request. Data deletion will be completed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or platform policy.
What we delete
- Stored OAuth tokens and active connection records.
- Connected account and location identifiers held for the integration.
- Cached reviews, replies, profile information, and performance data, subject to legal and security exceptions.
- Your Breeze workspace and service records if you request full account deletion.
Limited exceptions
We may retain a minimal record where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or demonstrate that a deletion request was completed. Any retained record is isolated from product use and deleted when the applicable obligation ends.
