The Breeze platform

Watch every location. Work only the few that need attention.

Breeze brings public reviews, visible profile issues, location context, ownership, and rechecks into one operating loop.

One operating loop

The work stays together even when the public surfaces change.

Every source should feed the same location, issue, owner, action, and verification history rather than creating another dashboard.

First operating loop

Review workflow

Prioritize important public reviews, prepare a thoughtful reply, and keep human approval in the loop.

Public audit and connection

Profile integrity

Identify visible gaps in the public facts customers use, with the location and evidence attached.

Shared workflow

Ownership and follow-up

Give each important issue an owner, status, context, and next step instead of sending another alert.

Location-level proof

Verified recheck

Compare the same evidence before and after action to show what actually changed by location.

How the system fits together

Watch. Flag. Fix. Verify.

The connector may change. The operating job does not. Breeze keeps the public evidence attached to the location and the work that follows.

01

Watch every location

Public reviews and visible profile facts remain attached to the right source, location, and observation time.

02

Flag the few

Transparent rules surface the issues that need attention now instead of turning every signal into an alert.

03

Fix or hand off

People approve public action. Each important issue has an owner, a due state, and a visible next step.

04

Verify the change

Breeze rechecks the same evidence so the team can see whether the public state actually improved.

Designed for location structure

Every signal belongs to a place and a person.

Breeze is organized around organization, brand, region, location, source, and team role. Restaurant groups are the first commercial proof; the shared model can support other location-led businesses without separate product forks.

Role-aware views

Head office sees the estate. Regional and location teams see the work they own.

Location-specific history

Facts, reviews, issues, actions, and verification history remain attached to the correct location.

Platform questions

What is live, what comes next, and how it fits.

Which parts of the platform come first?+

The first operating loop centers on location inventory, public review work, visible profile issues, ownership, and rechecking the same evidence. Connected actions depend on the sources a customer authorizes and the access each provider approves.

Can location managers see only their own location?+

That is the intended role model. Head office works across the estate, while regional and location teams receive only the work they own.

Does Breeze replace Google Business Profile?+

No. Google remains the public profile and review destination. Breeze helps authorized teams organize the location context and work around it. The current Google connection scope is documented separately and does not imply autonomous profile changes.

Where do local search and AI visibility fit?+

They are later evidence layers on top of reliable location facts and reputation work. Breeze does not promise that a review reply or profile fix will directly cause a ranking, recommendation, or sale.

A focused first rollout

Find one real issue. Fix it. Verify the change.

We will configure a pilot around your locations, public sources, ownership, and the proof needed to recheck the work.
