We run visibility audits, show restaurants where they are missing demand, build better restaurant-owned pages, improve local discovery surfaces, and prove what changed every week.

Why this role exists

We are looking for someone who already understands how restaurant owners think and can help us get Breeze into the hands of the right restaurants.

This role is for someone who likes being in the market: calling owners, sending sharp WhatsApp follow-ups, walking into restaurants when useful, understanding objections, and turning conversations into paid pilots.

What you will do

  • Find and qualify high-potential restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, and small F&B chains.
  • Speak directly with owners, operators, marketing managers, and founders.
  • Use Breeze visibility audits and preview pages to show restaurants where they are losing discovery demand.
  • Run calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, demos, and in-person meetings where needed.
  • Sell early managed visibility pilots to restaurants that care about discovery, reviews, social proof, and local competition.
  • Bring back clear market feedback: objections, pricing signals, decision-makers, and what actually makes owners pay.

You may be a fit if

  • You have sold to, partnered with, or managed accounts for restaurants/F&B brands.
  • You are comfortable calling owners and following up on WhatsApp.
  • You understand restaurant priorities: footfall, reviews, discovery, Instagram, creators, events, competition, and repeat customers.
  • You can explain a product simply without software jargon.
  • You can sell before everything is perfect and learn from the market fast.

Great backgrounds

  • Zomato, Swiggy, Dineout, EazyDiner, Magicpin, DotPe, Petpooja, Restroworks, UrbanPiper, or similar restaurant-facing companies.
  • Restaurant marketing agencies or social media agencies serving F&B clients.
  • Food creator/influencer partnerships.
  • Hospitality, events, nightlife, cafe, bar, or restaurant consulting.

First 90 days

  • Map 300 target restaurants with decision-maker/contact paths.
  • Run 100 real conversations with restaurant owners/operators/marketing teams.
  • Create 30 qualified demos or serious sales conversations.
  • Help close 5-10 paid pilots.
  • Build a clear objection library and first city/category sales playbook.
