A company makes it easier to manage the users and store in Breeze. You can create as many companies as you like.
Once the company is created, you can add a Magento store into it. You can add as many stores in a single company as you like.
Companies are more useful to agencies and developers.
A Magento agency typically manages multiple clients, and Companies provide them a separate dashboard for each client.
Under company, you give access to many Users. You can find who has access to the Store.
From here you can add, and remove the Users in a Company.
So Agency, Owners, Developers and Marketing team can have access to the Stores. Changes made by anyone will be recorded in Logs that you can access from Store Dashboard.
This way, a User can have access to Company A and stores under it, while Company B can have his own different users.
Similarly, an User can be part of multiple companies with different Roles.
Beside your Profile Pic, you can find all the Companies you are added to.
