Send Order Email Copy Method: There are two methods to send the email copy:

  • BCC: The customer and store representative receive the same email; however, the customer will not know who else got the email.
  • Separate Email: The customer and store representative receive separate emails.

Except for the new order notification, you can configure the message about order comments for both customer and the admin. 

Once you complete the setup, click on the Save Config to save the setting.
